Returns For Repair

All merchandise returned for repair must be accompanied be a Return Materials Authorization number. Contact NEWMAR Customer Service manager for issuance.

Properly package merchandise for shipment and return FREIGHT PREPAID, insured against loss or damage.

Enclose packing slip, statement of problem, symptoms, notes on application and use, your efforts to repair, etc.  This information will help us repair and return unit quickly.

Defective items, in-warranty, will be repaired at no charge and returned freight prepaid, provided a Return Materials Authorization number and proof of purchase within two years (bill of sale, etc.) is enclosed with the unit.

Repair charges and freight will be billed for items repaired without warranty.

NEWMAR reserves the right to bill for labor spent on equipment where no problem is found.

CLAIMS:

All products are inspected and properly packaged prior to shipment from NEWMAR. Should damage occur in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Any claim for shipment shortage must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
